Browser Requirements

The Online Registration form has been designed to work with a browser that supports Cookies and Javascript. Below are the instructions to check that these features are present and enabled for Internet Explorer and Nestcape only. If you are using an alternative browser please go to their website for instructions on how to check for these features.
If you have either IE or Netscape then keep reading for instructions on how to determine you browser version.
 
i) Check your browser Version to determine if you need an upgrade
 
Check what version of the browser you have.
1. Click on the Help menu
2. Click on the About option - usually the very last option on the Help menu.
This will either say:-
About Microsoft Internet Explorer; or
About Navigator or About Communicator.
3. You should have version 4.x of either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator or higher. If you have a lower version please visit one of these sites and download a later version.

If you do have the correct version then you are able to experience the features this site uses.

ii) Enable JavaScript and Cookies
 
Steps to Enabling Javascript and Cookies :
 
In Internet Explorer version 5.x
1. In the Internet Explorer browser window, click on "Tools" then select "Internet Options"
2. From the tabs at the top of this dialog, choose Security.
3. In this security window, press the Custom Level... button.
4. It pops up yet another window. In this new window, scroll down until you see an item Scripting.
5. Under this item is a sub-item: Active Scripting. You may need to double click on Scripting to see this sub item.
6. Make sure that the Enable radio button is selected.
7. Under the "cookies" heading, make sure the "allow cookies stored on your computer" option is enabled.
8. Also under the "cookies" heading, make sure the "allow per-session cookies" option is enabled.
9. Keep pressing OK or Yes until all the dialog windows are closed.
 
Internet Explorer v4.x
Cookies:
1. In the Internet Explorer browser window, click on "View"
2. Select "Internet Options"
3. Select the "Advanced" tab
4. Under the "cookies" heading, make sure the "always accept cookies" option is selected
5. Push the "Okay" button
JavaScript
1. Choose Internet Options from the View menu.
2. Click the Security tab on the Internet Options window.
3. Choose Internet zone in the Zone pop-up menu.
4. You now have two choices. Either...
    i. Under the heading Set the security level for this zone select the button for the Medium
    ii. Click the OK button to save your preferences.
---- OR -----
    i. Under the heading Set the security level for this zone select the Custom security button.
    ii. Click on the Settings button that now becomes active.
    iii. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of options in the Security Settings window.
    iv. Under the Scripting heading, subheading Active scripting, make sure that the Enable button is selected.
    v. Click the OK button to close the Security Settings window.
    vi. Click the OK button to save your preferences.
 
In Netscape
1.Select Preferences... in the Edit menu
2.In the left hand side of this dialog, select Advanced
3.On the right hand side, make sure that the following checkboxes are checked:
Enable JavaScript
Accept All Cookies
4.Click the OK button.
